Uzerche Auto Jumble 21st & 22nd July 2007

Once a year the medieval town of Uzerche opens it’s doors to the world of vintage motorcycles & cars.

Spend a sunny weekend in July mooching around the Uzerche Auto Jumble or as the French say "Bourse-Vide grenier".

Enthusiasts travel from all over France, Holland & Germany to purchase parts for their beloved vintage motorcycles or cars.

Here you can find anything from a beautifully restored American Indian to a rusty old war time motorcycle which has obviously been hidden away in a French farmer’s barn since 1944!
Amble your way through the many stalls, laiden with old vintage parts and memorabilia or investigate the vintage motorcycles for sale. Around every corner there is always something to catch your eye and fuel your imagination.

Why not take a look at the vintage auto show, free to all and displaying many vintage cars from the beautiful to the bizarre.

Taste the delights from the French BBQ or the wonderful crepes and ice-creams.
Along side the Auto jumble, there is the French equivalent of a bootfair, here you can bourse through stalls selling anything from antiques or old barn equipment to the latest French décor & dvd’s.
