the current tour available at the moment. Other tours we bring
on line, may have extra conditions upon by their nature.
Conditions / Cancellation & Important information

Advance bookings & tours
A 10% deposit secures your reservation
A booking confirmation will then be sent to you.
The full balances to be paid no later than 8 weeks before
you travel. Unless full payment is received we reserve the
right to cancel your reservation.
Insurance
The customer must arrange insurance for breakdown recovery
and /or repatriation of his own motorcycle or vehicle. We
recommend that you take out additional medical insurance and
check you have sufficient insurance to cover you & mode
of transport. We do not offer Travel insurance but recommend
that who ever you use is fully aware of your mode of transport.
Most travel insurance firms don’t take motorcycles into
account and where a replacement bike is offered will not supply
one in the eventuality of needing one. Non car license holders
beware!
Changes & Cancellations
If we need to make changes to your booking, we will notify
you as soon as possible where upon you have the right to either
cancel or take an alternative booking / tour. If you wish
to cancel we will refund all monies to you.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances,
giving you 6 weeks notification.(except in circumstances beyond
our control) a choice of either a full refund
or an alternative booking or tour with us will be offered.
In the event of you canceling any advance booking or tour.
We reserve the right to charge cancellation charges.
less than 28 days before travel, 100% of the total cost of
the booking or Tour.
More than 28 days before travel 10% of the total cost of the
booking or Tour
We don’t like to charge, but if you have to cancel and
can’t reschedule, remember your travel insurance - it
won’t hurt so much.
Transfer a booking
It is possible to transfer a booking to another person (please
contact
us)
Travel Delays
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in
your ferry crossings or due to circumstances beyond our control
in your delay in arriving and departing ferry ports, any additional
costs incurred as a result, are your responsibility. Any journey
times given are only estimates and we can not be liable for
any loss arising from any delay.
Passports &Visas
UK passport holders only need a passport within the EC. Non
UK passport holders please check you have the sufficient documents
to travel.
Health
We recommend that you obtain the E111 form, from most post
offices and complete it. This will enable you to claim back
a percentage of medical fees.
Our Responsibility
We accept responsibility for deficiencies in services that
we offer, but we shall not be responsible for death / bodily
injury or illness caused by activities engaged in.
The suppliers of services and activities we offer have assured
us that they meet with all current EC legislation and where
regulated have the necessary documents at hand on request.
(We recommend that you discuss any activities with your insurance
company to clarify your cover as a matter of precaution).
